The basics

What is Morse?

Website live chat, answered from Telegram. Visitors chat in a widget on your website. Your team receives the conversation in its Telegram group and replies there, and the answer appears in the visitor’s chat.

Do my website visitors need Telegram?

No. Visitors chat in the widget on your website. Only your team uses Telegram.

Is there a separate dashboard to check?

No. Conversations arrive in your Telegram group, and you reply there. There’s no extra inbox to keep open.

Is Morse a replacement for a full helpdesk?

Not if you need one. Morse is intentionally simple: live chat on your website, answered from Telegram. It suits small teams that don’t want another support platform.

How does the trial work?

You get 14 days to test the full flow: a visitor asks on your website, and your team replies from Telegram. You add a card when you start.

When will I be charged?

Why do you need my card for a trial?
